Growing up in a family business, Ami Zukowsky knows the type of hard work it takes to make your business successful. Ami was born and raised in Ohio. After graduating high school, Ami decided it was time to see the world and spent the next 18 months living overseas. Refreshed and ready to continue his education, Ami enrolled at Yeshiva University where he received both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in history.
Tired of studying history – and ready to make some history of his own – Ami enrolled at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he received an honors scholarship and earned concentrations in both Family Law and Litigation. Ami was fortunate to Clerk for the New York City Family Court and then worked for a Family Law Firm in Manhattan.
While in New York, Ami married his wife, whom he had met years before at sleep-away camp. Ready to settle down and start a family the Zukowskys moved to Cleveland. Ami began work for one of Northeast Ohio’s Top Law firms before pursuing his dream of starting Zukowsky Law.
While working for large firms in both New York City and Cleveland, Ami knew there was a better way to practice law. From research to billing, to client interaction and attorney access, most law firms still operate like law firms did 100 years ago – except they have email. What Ami envisioned was a law firm tosuit today’s clients and thus was born Zukowsky Law.
Harnessing cutting-edge technology and modern business administration principles, Zukowsky Law, under Ami Zukowsky’s guidance and leadership, provides clients with unparalleled service, communication, and legal know-how, while still keeping costs low.
When he isn’t working, Ami enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, following the Chicago Blackhawks and honing his carpentry skills. Ami serves on the board of the camp where he met his wife.
